Mumbai Attackers are Indians: Kasab

Rarely you will find a convict doing such flip-flop as Kasab is doing for each and every opportunity he gets from the court. Today, Kasab told Special Judge M.L. Tahaliyani that one of the terrorist was a Kashmiri and other one from Gujarat. The third terrorist Abu Ismail is from Mumbai

When the judge inquired about his claim of Abu Ismail is from Mumbai, Kasab said ““I can make out from his face”. I also do not know the people who had fired and exploded bombs at these places on November 26, 2008, he said. Kasab feigned ignorance about the blast at a petrol pump near Nariman House and said he was not aware that both the places were located close to each other.

At one point earlier Kasab had claimed that he reached India by Samjhauta Express long before Mumbai attack and got caught at Girgaum Chowpatty by police a day before 26/11.

“Kasab’s claim is absurd and concocted. He has been taking frequent U-turns and this is one of those. This will in no way weaken the prosecution’s case against him,” Mr. Nikam said.
